1. Agreement

By using Staya you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. About Staya

Operated by Bartholos Pty Ltd, Korhaan Crescent 67, Hartswater, 8570, South Africa.

3. Booking Codes

• Guests access bookings using a unique 8-character booking code
• Keep your code safe — it grants access to your booking
• Report lost codes immediately to info@staya.co.za

4. Bookings

• Bookings confirmed only once full payment received
• Confirmation email with booking code sent upon payment
• Property reserves right to refuse bookings

5. Payments

• All payments processed securely by Yoco
• Prices in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Payment required in full at time of booking
• Card details never stored by us

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Contact info@staya.co.za with booking code to cancel

7. Check-in & Check-out

• Times as specified in booking confirmation
• Valid ID required at check-in
• Late check-out may incur additional charges

8. Guest Conduct

• Treat property and other guests with respect
• Do not exceed maximum room occupancy
• No illegal activities on premises
• Report damage immediately

9. Liability

• Bartholos Pty Ltd not liable for loss of personal belongings
• Not liable for circumstances beyond our control
• Liability limited to value of your booking

10. Governing Law

Governed by laws of the Republic of South Africa.
